Bistrot Restaurant "Antichi Sapori"

The food and service was spectacular. We had the spaghetti with lobster and it was so delicious! The wine selection was great! We had a bottle of 2004 Cannubi Barolo and it did not disappoint!

Service is impacable, it is obvious that waters   are valuing their craft highly. Food was very good, well prepared, all dishes were tasty. We had 4 different plates and all were satisfied with their choices. Drinks were too pricey. Spritz for &euro;21 is unexpected as well as 2 oz of wine for &euro;15. The oveall cost for 4 people LUNCH with a single plate entre and a glass of drink was about &euro;250.

Worst experience of our 10 day stay in Italy and honestly worst experience we&rsquo;ve ever had in Europe. There was no parking near the restaurant so we had to park a half kilometer away. It was down-pouring during our walk to the restaurant and the streets were backing up with sewage. After walking through sewage and torrential rain (only way to access the restaurant) we arrived soaked (despite having rain coats and umbrellas) and smelling of feces from the shin down. Our 7 month old baby was soaked and crying from the wet/cold since it was only 50 degrees F. I told the staff I was going to need to cancel the reservation due to our circumstances to which they responded &ldquo;it&rsquo;s not possible to cancel&rdquo;. We informed them we were not comfortable staying with human waste in our shoes and a shivering baby from their restaurant being inaccessible. After I left to retrieve the car my wife attempted to stand under their outdoor awning, but the wait staff came and kicked her out saying she had to stand in the rain next to the building in order to wait for me. She attempted to deny them but they had nearly the entire staff come out to kick her out despite having a crying/shivering baby. Added pictures of the sewage stuck to my shoes/pants to show how gross it was and what they expected us to bring into their restaurant. Obviously they cannot control the weather but this was the only way into their establishment, and despite the restaurant being 1/2 full, they still charged us 240usd for the &ldquo;deposit&rdquo; and could not have been more rude about the situation. I emailed management to attempt to rectify the situation but they ignored my email and instead processed the charge as a response. While I&rsquo;m sure the food is good, it&rsquo;s Italy, all food is good, don&rsquo;t waste your time coming to this money grabbing restaurant with rude staff.

A That&#39;s a beautiful opportunity to dine outdoors, with a pleasant view of the lake. We chose linguins for sea fruits and a bucket with yellow rice: both good. nice and quick in service. Adequate prices. Recommended.

The lake view restaurant, the service and taste are very good, there is a small bottle of 375ml good wine, just one person to drink, the Veal veal is very tender, T bone only has one T word left. It should be noted that according to personal taste, the fish meals here are fresh water fish in the lake, fresh, fried, pickled and roasted.
